Few Enquiries ,
1 ) Had filed returns till AY 2006-2007 , Have not Filed any returns since then - for couple of yrs there was No income to show as we suffered losses in share market / Marriage of my sister so we are busy in all those stuff ......wanted to know .... what happens next as the files were under HUF .she is a member - HUF was my father he recently died . i dont know how to handle these files - I am learning but want more help .
2) All details which were in my fathers name {HUF }- Will all the Assets / Liabilities will come under my mothers name ?? what is HUF how is it usefull ??
3) My Grandmother had some shares in Her name - she expired 10 yrs ago - Income Tax file was closed in 2002-2003 - Now we have Converted those shares in demat - All shares can it be transferred to my Mother as she is daughter in law - or can it be transferred to me as i am grand son - will it have any Tax implications .
