What is the case, civil or criminal?, if civil, what is the nature of the case whether purely civil matter or a case pending  before consumer forum?, if criminal, whether Cheque bounce case or matrimonial related or any other criminal offence related issue?, thus without disclosing the details, query can be vague for which you may not get a proper answer.
