Dear Sir,
a local builder in pune has not paid the watchman of his site ( no work at site since last 2 years) since last 15 months. builder always keep on postponing the date of payment. what action can be taken against the builder.

but can i get 200 yards back. because value of remaining 780 yards is nothing without the 200 yards. because 200 yards in in the front.

you will have to file a cheating case against the dead person and get that transaction cancelled.
