any registering officer should follow the sections anf rules framed under Registration Act 1908 before registering a document.   If the registering officer fails to comply  necessary departmental action be taken against him.   But practically the details of property are not known to him and he does not know the propertry where it situated.  the registering officer register the document if it contains necessary particulars as per act only.    the parties who are purchasing the property shall verify the document written by the professionals, before presenting the document for registration.  if any mistakes or omissions which are clerical be rectified by rectification deed.  This is for information only.
