Not get possession and money back

I got one plot in feb 2012 from sky rock welfare society,and paid 50%payment, after few months we got the news that this society had no land ,and they are fighting for that in court,when I applied for my refund last year November, They gave me time for three months for refund,when I went after three months then again they gave me new date,and when I went then again new date,till date they gave me six different dates for get the refund back but not giving my refund,every time they are giving me different fake execuse,I know lot of other peoples who are suffering the same,plz someone tell me wat can I do in this case to get my money back soon,I am sure one thing that it is not easy to get my refund back from them,I have all receipts of my 50%payment which I paid them,and thAt letter of refund,they gave me six different dates written on that Letter with signature,two days before when I went last time then they said do wat you can do we don't have money to refund you,plz help me
