Respected Sirs,
A person has died after signing as witness in a sale deed.His death details are not there in the PANCHAYAT OFFICE RECORDS, how to get the death certificate.Because i need to produce it in the court.What to do now.How to get the death certificate,Even their son doesn't know the death date.

Death certificate can be obtained from local municipal authorities/Gram panchayat offices. If the deceased person dead in Andhra Pradesh, you can get it through e-seva/meeseva centres by applying there.
