I am Sunil Yadav .I originally belong to a village in UP ,however due to my father's job we moved to Mumbai ,Maharashta in 1983 .We originally belong to OBC caste (Yadav-Ahir).However, we are not issued caste certificate by maharashtra government due to some rule. Can i get OBC certificate from UP ? Since i have been staying in mumbai ,I have domicile of maharashtra . I satisfy all the criteria of being non-creamy later as my father works under PSE and he got promoted to class I after age of 40 and we do not have any other income.
