Sir,
If a person comes under Other Backward Classes(NCL) in State as well as in Central list of Obcs, and having his Caste certificate of Central(Govt. of India) and also from one state, but for educational purpose he has migrated to other State.
Can he get his OBC(Caste) certificate of that State to which he has migrated on the basis of those issued to him by centre or other state?

most likely yes for education. certain for cetral jobs.
