I have beein staying in Delhi for the last 22 years. I am working with Govt. of Delhi and my annual income is less than 4.5 lacs. I got married in 2006 and we both belong to OBC category. Is it possible for my wife to get an OBC certificate either from Kerala or Delhi? What are the formalities to be compoleted and documents required?

Yes you can get, you have to go to Tahasil office and apply for OBC certificate with residential proof of yourself and your wife. The other formalities the office people will tell you.
