I am a resident of Jharkhand .I belong to "BAIRAGI" community which is included in the central OBC list and my family income is also less than 2lacs p.a .My admission is at stake because of my category certificate.I went to the concerned authority for OBC-NCL certificate but they denied to issue one .They are ready to issue an OBC certificate but not an OBC-NCL as they have a separate list for OBC-NCL category too . Are they correct?.If not please help me with the procedure to get my category certificate.
