On the disclosure of ctc

If the clause of non-disclosure of CTC in an employment agreement legally binding? i.e, can a company terminate the employement of a person who has disclosed his CTC to a colleague given that s/he signed an NDA stating that s/he shall not disclose her CTC in India.

if the company can establish that the person in spite of sigining an NDA not to disclose ctc with others have discloaed it, then yes company can do it. But it is mostly done at Sr. Level Employees as stakes are high. Regards Adv. Rohit M. Dalmia 9324538481
