One year bond for job

I have been given a 1-yr bond to sign for employment by my employer. they are giving 2 months training. However, there is no penalty imposed in the bond if I resign before 1 yr. Can any issues that can damage/harm me crop up if I leave before 1 yr. pls suggest. thank you.

I think while reading the contract you may have missed some clause.The company is providing two months training is itself self explanatory that Company is investing in You and if u resign before one year they can definitely send you a legal notice and later on can file a suit.
Recently courts have also pronounced judgement regarding this
