Online fraud

Based on an online advertisement/posting on Facebook, a person applied for a remote data entry job where he has to re-type documents consisting of 100 pages. Accordingly, as per the link given by the job client through the Telegram app, the worker accepted the job to work out within four days and submitted the same. But, after submitting the same, the job client has not cleared the amount promised to pay for the work done. Here, the job client is located somewhere in a foreign country. Now, what is the option for the worker to get compensated for the fraud done to him by the foreign-based job client?
