Wish to know regarding following. I have a residential house along with vacant land, within the city municipal limits of Lucknow. The total area would be approx 6500 sq ft of which 5000 sq ft might be open land.
What are the clearances required for starting a Marriage Hall or a Marriage Lawn?
Would it make a difference if it is termed as Lawn and not Hall in order to justify that no new construction is being made and the lawn can be used for any purpose without much hassle?
Will it be an issue if its a Residential House and not a commercial property ?
Request as much inputs as can be possible. Your help is really appreciated.
