options avaiable to force wife to submit salary details

wife left me after 2 mpnth of marriage , now 2 years passed we applied for section 9 as a counter blast they filled divorce and hma 24 case.
she is working and getting decent salary but in her application she wrote she is working in the company and getting meager income.
since she admit in her application atleast she is working what are the ways to get her salary details by court route.
can i take help of detective agency to submit her income details or taking court route is right?

Her education is public record and you can get it/quote it and court can order on it.

Her employment that fetches her taxable salary is is public record and you can get it/quote it and court can order on it.

The employer has to submit various forms/registers prescribed under various enactments specifying all payouts to employee..........

e.g; Shops & Estbs Rules

Court will order her to produce her salary slip and bank statement.

Moreover, even if her salary is less than you she is not entitled to get maintenance.

In case OP has lied and employer is siding with OP then you can also try to get prescribed registers containing break up an details of payouts under Shops & Estbs Rules,
