Owners want us to vacate the house

hi, we are living in punjab as tenant from 1990, we are paying rent on time, our owenr filed case 3 times on us and we win 3 times from 1990 to till now,

now owner again going to file case against oon us as persoal necesty, he has more 4 houses, he want to us to give more rent or file case on us and on other tenants too..

we are a middle class family plz. help us waht to do :(

we are in a horrible fear here

1. keep continuing to occuoy the rental premises.

2. If he filed such cases before andn has lost it the his new cases can be sought to rejected on the principles of resjudicta. similar cases of same casue of actiuon if once dismissed the there is a bar for instituting fresh case on the same grounds.

3. Let him attempt but do not vavacte the premises if you have no other alternative to go for another rental premises.

4. You can pray for to the court for standarization of rent and then pay accordingly.
