Pagri System Flat

Hello Can any one guide me Please.....I have lately purchased a property in pagri system in South Mumbai....now this Flat is in the name of the deceased Person .....now his legal hire have sold this flat to me....on the basis of an Affadavit,Agreement,NOC and POA .....now the Land lord dosent know that they have sold this property to me....will i have problem in future if it goes for redevelopment.....and also in the same land approximately 19 other tenents have not done transfer so far....plz sugget what shld I do...in this case...

Sir,

A tenant has no right to sale a pagri system flat, he is not the owner, legally speaking the NOC, POA, Affidavit & Agreement are not worth the paper they are written on.

The Landlord, only, can transfer the tenancy rights to a new tenant, after the original tenant has surrendered his tenancy rights.
