Dear Experts,
We have very less parking space in our society. MC charges the parking charge of Rs 200/- per car. In case, if any member park his second car in this congested parking lot, can society charge them parking charges on bit higher side say Rs 300/- for extra car (The first car will be charged @ Rs 200/- & second car will be charged @ Rs 300/-). One of the member has view that all member has preference for thier 1st car parking. In case, someone does not get space for parking than that member has to park his 2nd car out of the premises.
We need to know:
1. Can Society charge excess parking charges to 2nd car / extra car of member?
2. In case, if any member park thier relatives car again & again in society premises saying that it is her sister's car & it should be allowed under Visitors parking area. (Her sister parks her car in our society premises every 4 days a week as she travels to her office nearby & when she is outstation). Please note, this member do not pay any extra charges for this kind of parking.
