Of the series of 4 parts, this is the second and a short but meaningful part.
There was a legal consultant who had advised me to retread on my assessment.
I would suggest any of you readers to spend time with a minimum number of thirty advocates, across all age groups.
You can see the growing dissent.
Within the fraternity of advocates, they themselves disapprove of those advocates who try to go above the law and draft their own law and push society into huge complications. The filtering has begun. Many advocates have started raising issues about their own fraternity members who try to create their own law and do all crimes under the sun.
Such criminals are not advocates at all. Their sole aim is to break society and break the country as a whole.
Why ?
The answer is very simple. SHEER JEALOUSY AND IRRITATION.
Take a person who is unable to focus on his academics. He / She does not have the aptitude for any subject.
But he/ she loves to create friction and possesses all negative qualities.
One field which can accommodate any person is LIFE-SCIENCE.
Law is nothing but CODIFIED LIFE-SCIENCE.
These negative members of society, creep into the legal domain, learn the codes of life-science and experiment using your ( clients’ ) lives.
They channelize their negative energy and jealousy against the successful members of society.
A person has completed his 12th, moves on to a part-time employment and works hard and one day, owns a store selling pizzas and another store selling computers.
This law student develops jealousy.
Another girl, blooms into a beautiful young lady and is successful in her profession.
This law student develops jealousy.
so on and so forth, you name a good item and a good quality in society.
This law student develops jealousy.
what does the law student do further to that ? That is what we need to see.
He /She says " I am not endowed with the qualities that you have. I am not as successful as you are.
You are given a credit card, I am not, as easily as it is given to you.
You can avail of a loan from the banks, I cannot, as easily as you can.
You can get a house on rent/ lease easily, but I cannot.
You get married to a beautiful girl / handsome man, from a cultured family, I cannot.
etc etc etc
Everywhere, you, the General Public have all privileges that you enjoy but I, the advocate have to struggle to enjoy
those priviliges.
That being the case, then you society groups, listen to me.
That which I do not possess, nobody should possess.
So, let me erase you. Once you fall down, people and society will be left with no other option but to see me and me alone ".
Readers, remember one thing though.
Even after accomodating the basic FLEXIBILITY INTO LIFE AND LAW ( say, for instance, paying a few rupees as baksheesh to a Govt.Clerk to proceed quickly with an URGENT matter,...etc ), even after accomodating such basic flexibility, if you TEST THE QUALITY OF ADVOCATES, you will get ONLY a handful of TRUE PROFESSIONALS who really live up to the STANDARDS AND ETHICS of the profession.
A huge number of UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL individuals today, TORTURE SOCIETY, parading themselves as ADVOCATES and wearing the BLACK COAT.
SPEAK TO ANY ESTABLISHED ADVOCATE AND YOU WILL HEAR THE SAME WORDS THAT I HAVE TOLD YOU HERE.
MANY ADVOCATES THEMSELVES ARE FED UP OF THESE BAD ELEMENTS IN THE PROFESSION.
BUT THE FILTERING HAS BEGUN AND IT MIGHT TAKE ANOTHER TEN YEARS FOR THE LEGAL SYSTEM IN OUR COUNTRY TO HAVE A SIZEABLE NUMBER OF ETHICAL AND PROFESSIONAL ADVOCATES.
OF COURSE, ALL LAW STUDENTS ARE NOT OF SUCH A TYPE. ALL ADVOCATES ARE NOT OF SUCH A TYPE.
BUT A SIZEABLE NUMBER IS.
YOU JUST CANNOT CHANGE THEIR MIND-SET.
LOSER TALK AND INCOMPETENT LOSERS ARE BEST LEFT TO THEIR OWN FATE.
YOU ENSURE YOUR SAFETY AND YOUR FUTURE.
IT IS AS SIMPLE AS THAT.
But the Law of Nature and the Law of the Land can hit such criminals, with precision better than the sharp-shooter.
Many so-called advocates have been suspended and even had their names removed off the rolls of the Bar Council.
They would not come and tell you about their fate.
But they just vanish into thin air.
That is LIFE. You respect it. It Respects you.
You dis-respect it, it KICKS you.
