Dear All,
If one has a joint family owned property (Family owned home) at the Native place in Gujarat (kutchh), and all memebers of the Joint Family are residing in Mumbai, due to the harassment of a lady member age 65 who is part owner of property but harassing very severely by not cooeperating and threating to file case every time for no reason what so ever and also has bad reputaion outside due to this nature, then where do we file for Partition Suit?? in the State where the Property is located (Kutchh, Gujarat) or where the ownerd reside (Mumbai)??
Also, with regards to property matters she has started sending notices for no reason what so ever and harassing 65 year old Father. What action can be taken with regards to :
A) Partition Suit
b) Action against her
