Gifted to whom?

Anyway, property under continuous possession for more than 12 years can't be taken back provided mention is made in the revenue records also.

The property is in whose name?  Is it in your father's name?  Whether your father is alive now?

If not, who are all his legal heirs?

Whether your father's mother is alive?
