I work for a PSU .present basic salary if 35000+ 105%DA +22%HRA etc.
Now I Got appointment for a post in Central govt through UPSC Direct exam & this present post carries 15500Basic + 5000 Grade pay .
will my present basic at PSU protected at new post .If so when do i get such protection - ie in the appointment letteer itself or after joining
