Pending registration

Sir, I have purchased an open house plot house no.12-51 (part) and the same in presented at Sub-registrar office and given pending registration number. due to technical problem and administrative problems regular number was delayed. In this situation, regular number delayed more than one month. In this connection, kindly advise for further procedure. whether I will go to District Registrar Office to get regular number.

Have you made enquiries in the Sub-Registrar's office? What do they tell?

Sir,

I have enquired, they told. that due to H.NO. block not included their jurisdiction, it will take some time in the website from the approval of the competent Acutority. Actually in this block is their jurisidiction and same is available in the District Registrar office. Is there any provision from Sub-registrar Office to District Registrar Office to transfer the document for registration.
