i am from chennai, i would like to file a PIL at chennai high court, could you give some valuable advise me for succeeding PIL,
The tamilnadu govt under take all TASMAC liquar shops,
why not give free education all the students up to 10ths std, ?
why not under take all schools in the govt,?
for this regarding can i suit a PIL.
