Good day,
Our society has banned keeping plants in balconies and imposing fine of Rs 5000 per month if anybody not in compliance with this rule, which was passed in society AGM.
Request esteemed members of this group to please advise if such an action by society is legal and in line with the Government and public efforts for raising public awareness for greenary.

why such rules? what was the need to pass such rules?
kindly state the reason too. any agrieved members can challange the same before the Resistrar of the CHS if the reason is vague or unjustified.
