Sub : To pay – return the deposited amount.
Please note that I have not been using Both the air-cel numbers (1) 95514 98234 and
(2) 95519 21953 - chennai and I have sent many letters to stop activation in the month of Nov 2014, and
that Your goodself also have replied saying that it has been discontinued and dis-connected.
Yesterday I was shocked to see your bill posted with due amount. It seems you have not up-dated your system. It is a simple harassment by your aircel official to the customer.
We stopped using your Both the numbers from 21st Nov 2014. Your computer not up-dated.
Please note that we paid excess amount for both the above numbers , along with the Nov bill 2014 and my deposit amount is due from your side.
Hence without sending the bill, kindly look into the old records and note that we have sent-paid extra amount to relieve us, in the month of Nov 2014.
Please pay me the deposit amount as promised by your office at earliest.

Respected Sir,
sub = Mobile number portability from aircel to airtel.
Please note that , I am having two post-paid aircel numbers (1) 95514 98234 and (2) 95519 21953 - chennai .
I visited Chennai Kelambakkam-airtel branch office and requested them for portability on 21st Nov.,2014. From aircel to airtel.
Regarding this I sent SMS on 21st Nov.,2014 to " Port 1900 " and received immediate response with numbers.
On 26th Nov,2014 I paid all dues to aircel office, for the above Two aircel mobile numbers and in excess I paid Rs.100/-
My monthly bill is activated every month on 26th day. I dont have any dues.
On 2nd Dec , I was asked to pay Rs.264/- and I paid Rs.300/- for the number = 9551498234
I also have deposit of Rs.300/- for the aircel number 9551921953.
But till date I have not received any reply regarding the Mobile portability for the above two numbers.
I was asked to wait for 15 days by airtel office and then write to your high office for further action on this matter.
I am not using both the numbers as said above from 21st Nov .,2014.
I can understand that aircel office , are not interested to relieve good customers like us. But again we intend to change
from aircel to airtel service providers.
Hence I kindly request your goodself and your high office to change , from aircel to airtel.
Let us have freedom to change and choose our own service providers.
