I'm in a process of buying a commercial property
the owners are based in Jeddah and are executing there deal through a registered POA who is the their first cousinWe have already done part payment registration we had approached the society for noc for sale .the society approached the legal consultant and informed us that since POA holder is not blood relation...the POA is not valid as per 2014 rule and the owner has to present for executi g the same deed
can someone pl let me know the citation for this rule stating that POA holder has to be blood related
