This is Anitha Arumugam, working in BSNL as a JTO , My appointment details are as follows
Date Of Joining = 21-06-2010
Date of appointment 14-10-2010 ( Appointment given after completion of 14 weeks of training)
Appointment date was issued only after receipt of Police Verification, however keeping3 years as eligibility criteria in order to appear in the LDCE exammination, promotion to SDE under 33 % quota, I was declared not eligible stating that there is gap after training completion and appointmnet.
My question is police verification delay a responsibility of candidate or administration.
Can my department state this reason for stating that am ineligible for the exammination
