Power of attorney

Hello members..

with regard to POA..

Is it possible to execute a 2nd power of attorney  in favour of  the same person after 2 years from the date of the 1st power of attorney ?

Is it possible to execute  a 2nd  power of attorney in favour of a person when the 1st power of attorney which is in favour of a different person is still in force, even if there is no conflict between the two POAs ?

when is a revocation deed be necessary in the above case ?

TIA

My question is, is it mandatory to cancel/revoke the old POA, in order to execute a new power of attorney either in favour of the same person or a different person ?

there is no provision under the p A Act, but the purpose of power of attorney is different what issued earlier, then you can issue the power of attorney.
