Without Scientific Management an inmate in the prison will not b turn from his evil ways.
Each and Every Inmates Psychology is different.
Just by putting him in a Jail, giving him tasteless food, isolating from others will not always serve the purpose of refining the inmates nature for good.
Family Problems, Social Problems, Emotional Problems,Psychological Problems are mostly responsible for many of the crimes.
Without taking steps in identifying all this issues and solving them we will not get anywhere.
Law is not strict in awarding the punishment. Most of the severe crimes like serious economic criminals, Planned Murder for finanacial purpouse, Person who does s*xual crimes for money making are being accqital.
No one can refuse many of the inflencial person, rich person are not at all being punished.
There are lot of severe criminals who are still doing the crime by getting all the support from the legal system and the society.
Only very few criminals are punished that also we do not know the severity of the offence.
Once the punishment is awarded and the criminal reaches the jail. He is treated without any human care.
Think of those sufferers who had done the crime of petty natured are subjected to the psychological, emotional torture in the jail.
Is there any mechanism to relieve him once he feels guilty for his crime and wishes to turn his life for good.
History has taught us there are so many saints born out from sinners after feeling intense guilt.
Inmate might had done the crime at that instant. He may now be redy to do good. so what is the use in subjecting him to torture even after realising the guilt.
It is also a selfish thing that
Society is isolating the poor criminals and not solving the political, social,economic,psychological issues.
"Instead of solving the root cause for all those crime we are still remaining as a barrier to solve the root cause just stopping our act by punishing the criminals".
We should approach the things scientifically.
Unless we dress the issues of Social, Family,Psychological problem we will not solve the problem.
As said by our father"Hate the sin and not the sinners.
We should create a friendly atmosphere for the inmates so that they could positively repent for their wrong doings.
Once the inmates repent deeply some times in their life they will becomen saints.
There are so many saints born out of the sinners.
Inmates should be scientifically managed without allowing any influence from outside.
We should not stop just by advocating Reformative justice sytem. But we should bring the reformative justice system in practice.
