Private limited company

Dear Experts , A legal entity , in this case a housing society duly registered by a state government, has entered into an agreement with another legal entity, in this case a private limited house building company ,

Q1 if any of the directors of the private limited building company are avoiding contact / meeting etc , then can the aggrieved party , the housing society , contact / go / visit any or other directors to express grievances / Sumit letters etc

Kindly guide on legality

Thanks

Awni Ranjan

It will be advisable to address a grievance letter/complaint to the address given in the agreement and ask for an appointment with an authorized person, or record grievance with a complaint letter.
