I had filed a case for reovery of money the suit was dismissed for default,I would like to replace my lawyer since he is not regular to the court and file a petition to restore the suit .Please suggest me the procedure.

Please see to it that you have settled all his accounts and collect all of your documents. Acknowledge receipts of fees and receving all documents.
SInce the matter is dismissed in default , you can engage new counsel and need not take No Objection from earlier counsel.
