My Home town is patna I have got a property out there my parent are living out there alone there age is around 67 and 69 . My neibhour has constructed his home long back he has constructed three floors what he has done that in my side they have left 2foot but extended his roof upto 3 foot thereby cpturing my one foot.Now I am doing constrution.we have given a piller and giving a boundry when we have asked them to break the extended roof , instead of breaking the same they are threatening us to kill us and our family.
I want to lodge a FIR against them.
Kindly advise what to do?
