Property Case

যদি কেউ নিজের বাড়ি তার ছেলের নামে দানপত্র করে দেয়, তার আর একটি সন্তানের অজান্তে এবং পরে তার অস্বাভাবিক মৃত্যু হয় তাহলে কি কোনো উপায় আছে সেই বাড়ি পুনরুদ্ধার করার?

property of any kind or document which is produced before the court or which is in its custody. When such property is involved in commission of an offence, or is the subject matter of an offence, the same is known as case property.
