my family have some property from 1965 in devidation of my grandfather and those brothers.
afterthat my dad was running a self buissness and purchase land on self name
my dad have self acuquired land in 1991 and also 1999
but at the time of devidation in my dad uncle,and grandfather. my uncle want share in grandfathers property and also in my dads property because he said a property of joint family.its wrong therefore he is lier, at this time my uncle file suit against my father and grand father for share in land.
