My father had bought a 5 marla land from Mr X and also possession of adjacent 3 marla land which according to Mr X belongs to him but not on papers.So this 5 marla land got transferred to my fathers name and possession of 3 marla was on judicial paper only.after that when we tried to construct house the possessor of adjacent land came and told that this whole land of 10 kanal belongs to their ancestors and Mr X had bought that 5 marla piece of land only from them which he sold to my father later.they claimed that Mr X had no other posesssion of additional 3 marla and it is their land only.I too agree with them.
kindly tell me what can i do to get my money back which my father had given to Mr X to get the possession of that 3 marla land which was not registered to the name of Mr X. is this a case of fraud?
is their any way out to get the money back? then tell me
