I own a flat 1 BHK size 661 sqft in the project My Haveli by unique affordable homes private limited in Jaipur flat number C 2 1 4 8. I made an agreement in August 2010 and now in the month of April 2016 when I am asking for the registry the company officials are saying that I have to pay an extra holding charges of 60000 approximate Rupees as the possession was declared long back and I have not taken the possession till yet and I came to know recently regarding the possession, all my dues are already paid as it was a construction linked payment plan. However they say that the posseccion was already declared long back and we will charge you for holding your flat for so long that I feel is really unethical and cheated. Now even after paying all the amount installment in time now holding charge unprofessional and harassment.
The market value of the property is already so low that I am not even getting the principal that I invested and builder wants to load all the charges to the existing customer.
I seek your guidance what should I do further. Builder says we had signed the agreement and it clearly states everything.
