Property Tax Payment establish rights ?

Respected LCI members,

Say A B and C are brothers who has a property owned/built by there father F(who has not left any will),mother no more.

A is the eldest and living in the house built by Father(non anceseral property).

If A pays house property taxes every year, say more than 10years living like that , does A gets ownership rights on the property ?.

The property tax  is proof of existence of a building  and will not confer title to any body
