Hi All,
We have one flat which owns to my father and my mother is the nominee. My father passed away in Nov 2010 .
I heard from many peoples that within 6 months properrty should be transferred on mother's name.
is it right? And if so ,as this process is delayed will there be any problem for transfering to mother or do we need to pay any penalty for this.
