Buying or selling the granted land without the approval of government is wrong, as per PTCL act. i have purchased a land in Mysore without the knowledge of this law. Is there any way i can regularise it or can i take the governmenet approval now, that means after the sale. Since the person who sold me is in friendly terms with me, i have till date not yet faced any PTCL case. is there any thing can be done to safe guard my land.
