Putting a property with rights to a portion of it, into a trust

If i have rights to a part of the unpartitioned property, can this portion be put into a trust. If so, what happens to the other portion if the other rights holder doen't comply?

Which part of undivided property is proposed to be put in the Trust ?

Presumably another hypothetical academic topic for debate, which is not your personal problem.

It would be advisable that you get your share in the property  identified by a proper and registered partition deed, after which, you can transfer your share in the property to the proposed trust by executing a registered gift deed.

"If I have rights to a part of property" that means at present you have no rights on such property, Why this query?

P. Venu (Advocate)     14 April 2025

It is observed that you are posting queries in different hue as to the same property. Please post a consolidated query covering all the aspects.

Mr. T. Kalaiselvan, you have understood my question correctly sir.

As you have mentioned it will be desirable to have the partition done before moving to trust.

This is related to my other Q which you have also answered... It is an unpartitionable property since it has two shops and a 2bhk on first floor.
There are multiple dimensions to this issue. I would like this to be solved correctly since it involves my aged mother (85) and want to avoid future issues cropping up. Would it be possible to consult with you in person or via phone?

Appreciate the replies.
