Queries regarding succession act

My great grandmother has 3 child. My unmarried uncle, my mother and I am the only child of my mother and my aunty who has 2 married daughters. My unmarried uncle has died recently. Now the properties of my grandmother has to be divided among my aunty and my mother.
My question is if my aunty dies than will my mother be the sole owner of her mother's property or will the married daughters of my aunty can claim a right to those properties.

No, your mother and your aunt will get equal share in the property of your grand mother .Your aunt's property share/rights will devolve to her daughters and daughters will get equal share.

All the legal representative of the deceased shall be entitled for share in the property left behind as per personal laws governing the subject.
