query 498a and foreign travel - very urgent

sir/madam

i'm falsely accused in 498a case by my sister-in-law, i'm fourth accused person, currently i got my AB from court and in the bail condition - nothing is mentioned of foreign travel, due to my nature of job, i need to travel to another country for a week.  till now no charge sheet is filed in the court and we have filed 482 quash for the 498a and domestic violence.

1. since nothing is mentioned in the AB for travel, can i travel -- any chances of arrest ?

2. do i need to get the permission from the court for travel? how long it will take?

thanks

Till the time you present yourself on the date fixed you have full freedom to be anywhere. But ensure that you are present on date fixed.
