Whether payment of LIC contribution for payment of Gratuity liabilities under the policy of LIC is allowable where the trust created under the term of the policy "Employees Group Gratuity cum Life Insurance Policy" is unapproved till date ?
Whether any application made for approval of the trust is pending with Commisioner of IT will help in any manner?
