I don't agree. many women are misusing law now a days. may be few women are not... But most men are suffering from being inncoent and law is not properly made for neutral gender... I am also inncoent victim here and I have n't done anything wrong and my wife harrassing me, my family members even after she put divorce with huge alimony.... I would advice indian men never ever marry indian women...... you need to get bail first before marriage... I love my wife very much But she is exploting me and my family members... just 4 months she lived and threatened me with police in UK. I requested her many times and begged her. also her family members.. my parents went to her house and requested her family to send her daughter to my house in UK. They ill treated our elderly parents and my father passed with this pain in his heart..... I am the eldest and my siblings got fear in marriage..... No marriage is needed in India as long as law for men is not supported.

I dont buy your story.  Neway if the RCR decree is passed in your husband's favour, then after one year he has every right to file for divorce under desertion. and thats a ground, for that you dont need to sign :-)

If your story is to be believed, then the RCR should be dismissed in the hon. court.

Whatever hell you do to your husband even though you can't win his heart. So,better annalayize the facts which has made your husband to leave you rather than just thinking -------------not to give him divorce at anycost.

If somebody want's divorce and other don't want then it will goes till SC.But going upto SC your desertion with Husband will be of so many years,that you will solely accept that it was the waste of my youth,money and precious life to live with your own reluctant husband.

Even I can't understand sirf maang me sindur lagane se agar aapko legal wife hone ki khushi mil jati hai,then you can also do with or without divorce then why you are worried?

I will not comment why he left you  :) you are better judge.

Filling RCR is ok as by reading your complete post , i can make from your messages that you are not dieing to save marriage , you are here because you dont have anything inhands to file false 498a or DV in your hand , You know your husband will proove his innocence at last .

Listen friends , Simple logic , You can not force someone to stay with you either a guy or girl .
