First indicate the following information before your query could be answered.

Have you got science background (i.e. are you a science graduate?) and then LLB?

Happen to be a science graduate (Maths).

It is good to know that you are a science graduate. Why I asked this question was that only persons with science background can become patent agents. Further, a science background would give a very good base for understanding and pursuing IPR relates issues.

Good, you better think in terms of pursuing the course through IGNOU.
