Recovery suit

sir, i had filed recovery suit against charitable trust , now the case is in my favor x party. i again filed execution for recovery and demand for property attachment where i constructed building for trust ,but now it comes to my knowledge that all building and land is in the name of one director and there is no any other property in the name of charitable trust. now its very difficult for me to recover my amount from trust, kindly guide me for this matter.
