My brother is appearing for an intervew as an Obc-Non Creamy candidate . He possess certificate of this category older (made in april 2018) and latest in 2022.
But they want Obc-NCL Certificate not more than one year older than the last date of online form submission 20.8.2021and not prior or after that. they now only disclosed this fact. they also refused submitting self declaration as it is valid only for 3 years and 3 year expired on april 2021. certainly he is in the category but he could not renew and dont have the physical certificate during this period.
what to do,please
