I intended to Gift my residential flat to my 2 daughters. One daughter was then a minor. I was (erroneously) advised by a Lawyer to make the Gift in favour of the major daughter only. However the real intention was to Gift the property to both the daughters equally.
How to effect a valid Rectification in this Gift Deed which is already executed (Stamp Duty Paid & Registered)?
