My Building is 7 storied and builder has made refugee area for fire fighting in emergency case.
Refugee area is on 1st Floor and 5th Floor. 1st Floor Refugee area is occupied by society secretary.
They have shut the way of refugee area to connect to his flat. After raising this.
He is saying that - Nowhere the builder keeps refugee area on 1st floor. go anywhere in world and find out.
Kindly advised - He is saying right.
